Identification of Properties and Projects:: Groundwork works with Minneapolis neighborhoods and their non-profit, government and business partners to identify properties that could result in additional community spaces.
Site Analysis:: Groundwork works with Minneapolis neighborhoods and their partners assess sites for potential use as parks or green spaces. This may include research on parcel ownership, contamination, and geophysical barriers to redevelopment.
